Happy 3rd Birthday to Lucas

How have three years come and gone so quickly?  My little Lucas isn't so little anymore! He was super excited for his birthday and I am so bummed that all the pictures I took of him opening presents didn't work because silly me took them with no memory card in the camera :(

 We spent the morning playing with presents, the afternoon swimming, and the evening eating at Taco Cabana and then coming home for cake with friends/neighbors.

 Levi loved to play with the frosting from the Tres Leches cake

 Zack and Lucas loved the blue buttercream frosting on the chocolate cupcakes

 Thank you friends for coming over to play, eat, and sing!

 This was the highlight of Lucas's birthday...it's a 2006 Yamaha TTR50 Dirt bike

He rode it around the peoples property when we bought it and he was in heaven.  Now we just have to order him some gear (he only has a helmet and goggles now) and he is good go!  For journaling purposes I will do a status update on his 3 years after he goes to his yearly check up this week
